Orders

Can I buy a one-time purchase?

Yes, as long as you are able to pick up at one of our pre-established delivery locations. We’re adding delivery locations all the time. Click here to request a delivery location.

How do I redeem a gift Certificate?

After a gift is purchased you’ll receive an email with the gift certificate that you can print out or forward to your lucky recipient. After the recipient receives it, they can redeem it by visiting the link on the certificate to trigger their delivery.

Can I order specific flowers in the bouquet?

Not at this time. Denver Blooms is a florist choice bouquet delivery service. We offer seasonal blooms that require less costly transportation, refrigeration and care. If you are not happy with your quality of flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace your flowers.

 

Subscriptions

What is a subscription?

Denver Blooms offers weekly, bi-weekly and monthly subscriptions for bouquet deliveries. In the checkout process, choose what is best for you. If you choose a subscription, your credit card will be charged on the date of delivery you choose.

Can I stop the subscription at any time?

Yes, you are in control and can stop your subscription at any time. Please note, any cancellations must be submitted by noon on Wednesday of the delivery week.

To cancel your subscription, click on the icon on the top right of the webpage for your Customer Account. After logging in, click My account, and then Subscriptions. Your subscription will be listed here. Click on cancel subscription. In the confirmation window, click Cancel Subscription.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes, you can skip a scheduled delivery any time. Simply email us at orders@denverblooms.com to let us know and we’ll cancel your order for the week. Please note that we will need to know of the skip date by noon on Monday of the delivery week.

 

Delivery

Do you offer same day delivery?

No, orders will be delivered on Fridays. Please order by Monday at noon of the week of delivery.

Can I request a delivery time?

Orders are guaranteed delivery by 1pm on Fridays. If you need your bouquet earlier, please contact us and we will do our best to try to deliver early but cannot guarantee early delivery.

Why don’t I see a delivery location for me?

Denver Blooms has set up predetermined delivery locations throughout metro Denver. If you cannot find your office location, please submit this request form.
