Quality of Service: If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact Denver Blooms. In almost every case, Denver Blooms will gladly replace the bouquet. To request a replacement, Denver Blooms must be contacted within 24 hours of the delivery. Bear in mind that flowers and plants are perishable. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided by Denver Blooms. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify Denver Blooms within 24 hours of the original delivery date.

Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error Denver Blooms, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Denver Blooms, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Denver Blooms, LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
